As a future teacher, it is always exciting to find new resources that can be used in exciting and fun ways in my future classroom. Although I had never heard of Kidspiration, it has proven to be yet another exciting tool for my classroom. Kidspiration is a software program where educators can create their own interactive programs, or use already included activities. Activities included are divided into categories: reading & writing, social studies, science, math and a more category which includes miscellaneous activities. I have included a link to my first effort at Kidspiration, a format where students (or a teacher!) can use words and pictures to describe themselves. I love the possiblity that Kidspiration provides for students to embrace and feel successful in technology from a very young age.
